Mechanical/Box Build Assembly

Learners will study the basic skills necessary for use of tools and assembly of final products. This course is usually customized for our customers to meet their requirements.

OBJECTIVES:

Some of the lessons, which can be included in this learning session, are:

• Demonstration of proper use of assembly tools metric & standard (i.e.: Pliers, Cutters, Screwdrivers)
• Matching of hardware to work instruction
• Correctly install hardware following documented instructions
• Correctly set and use torque drivers
• Correctly install cable ties
• Demonstration proper cable routing
• Accurate use of measurement tools
• Written and practical exams will be included
